55vip Terms and Conditions – General Rules of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any service offered by the platform 55vip — including Sports Betting, casino games, slots, crash games, and any other features available at 55vip.world — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming rules of 55vip.

If you do not agree with any provision of this document, we ask that you refrain from using the services of 55vip. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions.

2 Eligibility

To use the services of 55vip, the user must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or older at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Have full legal capacity under the Brazilian Civil Code;
• Not be listed on any gambling platform's self-exclusion registry;
• Not being an employee, partner, service provider, or immediate family member of any 55vip.

The 55vip reserves the right to request proof of identity and residence at any time. Failure to meet eligibility criteria may result in immediate account closure and cancellation of any pending balances or bonuses.

3 Registration & Account

Each user may hold only a single account at 55vip, linked to your CPF. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or on behalf of third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all identified accounts, with forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.

At the time of registration, users must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information, including their full name as it appears on an official ID, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. Any unauthorized access must be reported to 55vip via live chat. The 55vip is not liable for losses resulting from the user sharing their own credentials.

4 Deposits

The 55vip accepts Brazilian payment methods only. The following are accepted: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, and Mercado Pago. Payments from third-party bank accounts are not accepted — the payment method must be registered under the same account holder's name at 55vip.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 30.00. There is no default maximum limit, but deposits above certain amounts may be subject to additional security checks. All amounts are processed exclusively in BRL.

• Pix: Instant credit, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Boleto bancário: Settlement within up to 3 business days after payment;
• Credit/debit card: Credit applied within up to 30 minutes after operator confirmation;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: Credited within up to 15 minutes after confirmation.

The 55vip does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges applied by the financial institution or payment provider are the user's responsibility.

5 Withdrawals

The user may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, provided they have completed the identity verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. No withdrawal fee is charged by 55vip.

The primary withdrawal method is Pix, with processing in under 10 minutes for verified accounts during business hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours may take a few additional hours depending on request volume. Withdrawals via TED bank transfer (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil) are processed within 1 business day.

The 55vip may request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain amounts as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and account security procedures. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or Pix key registered in the name of the account holder.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

The 55vip offers bonuses and promotions periodically for new and existing users. The 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit is credited automatically to new accounts that make a first deposit of R$ 50.00 or more via Pix.

Each promotion has specific conditions published on the offer page, including:

• Rollover requirement: The number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn;
• Validity period: The period within which the rollover must be completed;
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting the rollover requirement;
• Minimum and maximum bet applicable to bonus balance usage.

The 55vip reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse is suspected, including the use of multiple accounts or any other detected irregularity. Each user may participate in each promotion only once, unless otherwise stated in the offer's terms.

7 Sports Betting

Sports Betting at 55vip cover sports such as football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores da América), MMA and UFC, volleyball, basketball (NBB), Formula 1, tennis, and more. Market and odds availability may vary depending on the event and the time the bet is placed.

General rules applicable to Sports Betting on 55vip:

• Bets are valid once confirmed and the amount has been deducted from the user's balance;
• Odds displayed at the time of confirmation are binding, except in cases of obvious technical error;
• If an event is cancelled or definitively suspended before it begins, all bets are refunded to your balance;
• Events suspended after starting but before reaching the minimum regulatory time are subject to specific rules per sport;
• Live Betting odds may be changed or suspended at any time during an event, in line with how the match unfolds;
• Typographical or technical errors in published odds entitle 55vip the right to void or correct the bet.

8 Casino & Games

The 55vip offers a catalog of over 1,000 casino games, including slots, roulette, blackjack, Live Casino with real dealers, and crash games such as Aviator, JetX, and Spaceman. All games are provided by internationally licensed and audited providers.

The outcome of all casino games is determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Crash games available on the platform use Provably Fair technology, allowing users to independently verify the integrity of each round's result.

• Placing bets in collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage;

• Sharing your account with third parties, including family members;
• Using the account for transactions on behalf of third parties (unauthorized staking).

The 55vip uses anti-fraud systems and betting pattern monitoring. Any detected irregularity may result in immediate account suspension, balance retention pending investigation, and notification to the relevant authorities, where applicable.

10 Account Closure

Users may request the closure of their account at 55vip at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing suporte@55vip.world. Prior to closure, any available balance may be withdrawn via Pix, provided all rollover requirements on active bonuses have been met.

The 55vip may close or suspend user accounts in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Self-exclusion request by the user;
• Identification of an underage user;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months;
• Court or administrative order.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, 55vip reserves the right to withhold pending balances resulting from irregular activity, as determined by internal review.

11 Responsible Gaming

The 55vip is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Sports Betting and casino games are forms of entertainment — they should never be seen as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

The following self-control tools are available to all users directly from the account area:

In cases of a technical failure resulting in bets being placed with incorrect odds, 55vip reserves the right to void or recalculate the affected bets and will notify the users involved.

14 Changes to the Terms

15 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of this document shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the District Court of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
